WHAT IS A CASE

24 x 500ml Bottle or Can - 2 case
24 x 330ml Bottle or Can - 1 case
12 x 500/440ml Bottle or Can - 1 case
12 x 330ml Bottle or Can - 0.5 case
8 x 500ml Bottle or Can - 0.5 case (excluding Vintage Ale & Old Winter Ale )

ORDER LIMIT

Please note you are only permitted to send 1 order per month and a maximum of 3 cases per order

If you have the below error message at checkout you will likely be over the 3 case limit. Reduce your basket to 3 cases and this will allow you to proceed

BBD DATES

As part of Asahi's Legacy 2030 we are always looking at ways to reduce wastage. Due to this some of your products may have a shorter than usual BBD. We will endeavour to highlight this to you however this will not always be possible. If you are not happy with the shelf life of your product you will need to send it back to us at your own expense and once received we will send out a longer dated product. If that is not possible we will refund the credit or replace for a different product.

HOW FAST IS DELIVERY?

We aim to get orders placed on a working day will be delivered in 3-5 working days. However consumer orders will take priority which may mean a delay occasionally

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

Delivery is based on the number of cases you order and can only be shipped via UK mainland

WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?

All orders are delivered through our partner DHL. After your order has been shipped, you will receive an DHL tracking number.

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?

Yes! By selecting your chosen site under Shipping Method.

WHAT DOES MY PACKAGING LOOK LIKE?

Your order will be delivered in generic brown packaging. Ideal for keeping your order top secret.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

After placing your order, you will receive an DHL tracking number. If you are experiencing issues with tracking, then please email us at web.order@fullersbrewery.co.uk

We are unable to provide expatiated deliveries for staff orders

We are unable to guarantee delivery days for staff orders 

CAN I BULK ORDER FOR WEDDING OR PARTY

Yes you can. Please email HrOperations@asahibeer-int.com to discuss this option further. 

CAN I SHOP WITHOUT CREATING AN ACCOUNT?

No, in order for your “Beer Allowance” to be applied a checkout you must be signed into your account.

I FORGOT TO USE MY ALLOWANCE LAST MONTH CAN I ORDER DOUBLE TO MAKE UP

No allowance cannot be carried over to following month or allowance year

HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT?

Most orders will be covered by your "Beer Allowance", however if you exceed your allowance, you may complete your purchase with a card payment.

All payments are handled through our website platform – Shopify, which supports all major UK debit/ credit cards. 

I’M HAVING A PROBLEM - HOW DO I FIX IT?

The most common problems are at checkout please check you are at 3 cases, you are logged into your staff account & your chosen method of collection is selected under 'Shipping Method'.
