Asahi House, Woking

• Orders must be collected from the ‘Beer Cage’ (located in the lower car park) on Mondays between 10.30am and 11.30am
• Orders must be placed by 11am on Tuesdays for collection the following Monday.
• The maximum order remains at x3 cases per month, as per the current system.
• Colleagues will get a confirmation email when their order has been picked for delivery – this is the indication that their allowance order will be available for the next collection date.
• As detailed above, there remains the option for home delivery – which will appear at the checkout in the order portal - however costs of shipping for this will be paid by colleagues.

 

Griffin Brewery, Chiswick

• Orders can be collected from the Griffin Brewery Shop at any time during opening hours on Thursday 10:00am until 17:00pm  or Friday from 10:00am until 17:00pm (no collection is available outside of these times)
• Orders must be placed by 11:00am on Tuesday for collection that week.
• Due to space for collection orders, there is now a monthly maximum order in place of x3 cases per month.
• Orders not picked up within 7 days will be put back into stock.
• As detailed above, there remains the option for home delivery – which will appear at the checkout in the order portal - however costs of shipping for this will be paid by colleagues.

Horndean

• Orders must be placed by 11am on Tuesdays; Order collection / timings information will be communicated by site operations each week.
• In keeping with all employees there is now a monthly maximum order in place of x3 cases per month

• Orders must be placed by 11am on the last Tuesday of every month.
• Order collection / timings information will be communicated by site operations each month.
